LipL21 is one of the important surface-exposed lipoproteins in leptospires and the most effective cross protective immunogenic antigen. This recombinant antigen is a Novel Surface-Exposed Lipoprotein of Pathogenic Leptospira Species and highly immunogenic, being recognized by immune sera from humans and hamsters infected with Leptospira.
Recombinant antigen for the diagnosis of Leptospirosis caused by Leptospira interrogans, a human and animal infectious disease (mainly dogs, beef cattle, pigs and horses).
