An incentive has been received from the Agency for Innovation and Development of Andalucía IDEA, from the Junta de Andalucía, for an amount of 56,064.55 €, co-financed by 80% by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, FEDER, for the realization of the project EXTENSION AND DIFFERENTIATION OF WORK AREAS FOR THE CLIMBING AND THE INNOVATION OF THE PRODUCT, with the objective of Achieving a more competitive business network.

Activity financed by the Center for Industrial Technological Development under the aid line within the framework of the extraordinary call for subsidies for R&D&i projects to face the health emergency declared by the COVID-19 disease.

The main objective of the project is to carry out the development of various recombinant antigens that can be used as biomarkers of COVID-19 disease in in vitro diagnostic tests for the various platforms on the market. These biomarkers will be stable, soluble proteins whose production will be scaled up to meet market requirements. Likewise, the antigens developed will be pre-validated by immunoassays with sera from patients with COVID-19 and tested against a healthy population, allowing us to guide their use for the detection of IgG, IgM or IgG+IgM. The place of execution of the project will be in the Spanish company Rekom Biotech S.L, and the execution period will be from 01/02/2020 to 31/10/2021. The project budget amounts to 161,206 €, where the CDTI and FEDER co-financing is 128,964 €.

An incentive has been received from the Andalusian Agency for Innovation and Development IDEA, of the Junta de Andalucía, for an amount of 16,114.82 euros, 80% co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, ERDF to carry out the project SCALING IN THE PROTEIN PURIFICATION PROCESS TO GET LARGE QUANTITIES (BULK) with the aim of "Achieving a more competitive business fabric".

An incentive has been received from the Andalusian Innovation and Development Agency IDEA, of the Junta de Andalucía, for an amount of 21,032.44 euros, 80% co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, ERDF to carry out the project SCALING IN THE SEED PRODUCTION PROCESS TO OBTAIN A GREATER QUANTITY OF PROTEIN with the aim of "Achieving a more competitive business fabric".

An incentive has been received from the Andalusian Innovation and Development Agency IDEA, of the Junta de Andalucía, for an amount of 66,433.22 euros, 80% co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, ERDF to carry out the project NEW BIOMARKERS ORIENTED TO THE DIAGNOSIS OF PRIMARY INFECTION PRODUCED BY THE DENGUE VIRUS with the aim of "Promoting technological development, innovation and quality research".

An incentive has been received from the Agency for Innovation and Development of Andalusia IDEA, of the Junta de Andalucía, for an amount of 15,016.32 euros, 80% co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, FEDER to carry out the project IMPLEMENTATION OF A QUALITY CONTROL UNIT AS AN INDEPENDENT DEPARTMENT IN THE COMPANY with the aim of "Getting a more competitive business fabric".

Rekom Biotech S.L. has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to improve the use and quality of information and communication technologies and access to them and thanks to which it has developed the implementation in the form of cloud computing of a ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution to improve the competitiveness and productivity of the company during the year 2023. For this, it has had the support of the TicCámaras Program of the Chamber of Commerce of Granada.
